"Fear not for I am with you; Be not dismay for I am God. I will strengthen you, I will uphold with my righteous right" Isiah 41:10
I do not remember when my PTSD started. But I know one reason why, I suffered all kinds of abuse starting from 9 years old to my early 20's. My feelings of anxiety are awful frightening and disabling. When I would have my anxiety I know that depression is not far behind. I remember I could not get out of bed, I didn't want to take a shower I refuse to eat and I could not get out of the house. My hallucination is next. I would try to kill myself, my idealization of how I am going to do it. Then there would be hospitalization and a mental health clinic.
