"Though I have fallen, I will rise. Though I sit in darkness the Lord will be my light"
Micah 7:8
You Are Never Alone
First, I want to remind you—and myself—that we are never alone. This infinite being, whom we may call by different names across various religions and spiritual beliefs, is always our support and strength, guiding us even when we feel lost.
I am my perfectly imperfect self. Yes, there are blogs, vlogs, books, and countless resources on how to find "you," but ultimately, discovering yourself is a journey only you can embark upon. You can listen, you can act, and you can take that crucial first step toward your dreams. But if you do not take that leap, what will your potential remain?
Why is it essential to find you? Because true happiness resides within. Your deepest desires and the power that propels you forward are waiting to be uncovered. Embrace them.
There is only one you. We are all shaped by our pasts—molded by our experiences, teachings, and the unique lenses through which we view the world. How do you perceive your circumstances? Do you see the glass as half full or half empty? It's essential to recognize that others perceive things differently too. Don’t be too quick to judge; everyone has their own story, their own struggles, and unique influences. Compassion toward others can foster connection and understanding.
Here’s my challenge to you:
Don’t allow others to dictate who you are. You are an infinite being with immense power.
Embrace change and growth; don’t worry about what others think of you; their opinions do not define your worth.
Strive to be a better version of yourself each day. Many people walk through life aimlessly, lacking purpose. But you have a purpose—your unique voice and contributions matter.
Let’s navigate this journey with zest, with a tune in our hearts and a bounce in our step.
Remember, if you constantly focus on negativity, you will attract negativity. Carrying a burden is heavy, but when you embrace happiness, you feel light on your feet. Attract positivity! Reach out to your angels—they flourish in positivity, too. Research even suggests that smiling can prevent or delay wrinkle formation!
In times of challenge, remember resilience. Stoicism. Allow struggle to be your teacher, shaping your strength and character. The greatest growth often occurs in uncomfortable moments. Just as flowers grow toward the light, so can you—nurturing your spirit, reaching for growth, and blooming with purpose.
Mark Manson’s book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fck*, offered me valuable insights into what matters most to me and how I want to move my life forward. This website and my efforts to spread positivity are part of my way of giving back—not just to you but to myself as well. We thrive when we lift each other up.
You are your answer. Embrace the journey, and remember that every step you take is a testament to the incredible being that you are.
Namaste
